Begin your journey with group sessions, one-on-one support, guided activities, and educational resources. Participants bond before the retreat, and we offer flexible preparation. If the program has started, you can still apply and catch up in your own time.

Once your deposit is received, you’ll be invited to fill out your full screening form and to book a personal conversation with one of our facilitators
This stage helps us understand your needs, answer your questions, and ensure the retreat is a safe, supportive, and aligned experience for you.

 

Once your screening is complete and you’ve been accepted, we’ll work with you to confirm your retreat date from available options.
